Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation until and including July 7^th, 2025 (23:59, GMT +8): 70 % refund of registration fee
2. Cancellation after July 7^th, 2025 (00:01, GMT +8): 50 % refund of registration fee
3. Cancellation after August 7^th, 2025 (00:01, GMT +8): no refund
