Update: Post-deadline registration for attendants (non-presenting participants) and accompanying persons will be open until 15th August 2025. Post-deadline registration attendants should contact the General Chair, Dr. Stefan G. STANCIU.
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all Conference Sessions
- Welcome Reception on Monday, 8th September, 2025
- Lunches, Coffee/tea Breaks, Conference Dinners
- Volume of abstracts
- Sightseeing tour
Payment Currency and VAT aspects
Payment by credit card is available only in LEI Currency, and will be operated by Netopia Payments. The exact amount deducted from the payment account will depend on the bank’s currency exchange rate.
Payment by bank transfer can be done either in EUR or LEI.
Fees do not include VAT, and VAT will not be charged by the commercial partner and NGO in charge of processing registrations for the Carpathian Biophotonics Meeting, given that both are VAT exempt. However, please note that payment of VAT fees might be requested by local authorities in the registree’s own country of residence, depending on national policies in effect.
Registration process
Upon submitting your registration details you will receive a proforma invoice. After checking your invoicing details carefully, please submit your payment either by bank transfer, in LEI or EUR currency, or by credit card payment. For credit card payment, a payment link will be embedded in the invoice pdf. After the payment is registered, the final fiscal invoice will be issued.
Student Registration
No upload of a proof of student status is required. Student badges will show student status.

Upon completion of payment, participants may request an invitation letter for the Carpathian Biophotonics Meeting conference for visa purpose at:

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation until and including July 7th, 2025 (23:59, GMT +8): 70 % refund of registration fee
- Cancellation after July 7th, 2025 (00:01, GMT +8): 50 % refund of registration fee
- Cancellation after August 7th, 2025 (00:01, GMT +8): no refund
